A word from the Author

Born and raised in Detroit, Dr. Barbara Horseback is a mental health counselor, educator. Dr. Barbara Horseback author of The Self-Confidence Workbook as well as The Self-Love Workbook for Womens and The Self Esteem Workbook for Women. She collaborates with a center Integrated Counseling Solutions, LLC, a strengths-based clinical mental health and consulting practice located in Detroit. Dr. Barbara Horseback is passionate about destigmatizing mental health counseling and helping individuals worldwide recognize the importance of fostering mental wellness. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Barbara has received for her work, numerous honors. Dr. Barbara Horseback and her work have appeared in a variety of media outlets including the New York Times. Barbara continually works on expanding her knowledge by attending seminars and networking with other professionals. When she is not busy researching or writing self-development eBooks, you will find her enjoying the outdoors.
